Seasonal rates are based on a family occupancy: • 2 adults, and unmarried children, under 18 years old, living at home. Maximum of six (6) people per site. All others are considered guests and MUST pay the guest fee for admittance to the park. • To reserve a seasonal site, a $175.00 non-refundable deposit is required and the balance in full by April 15.
